Title: Smoked Salmon, Scotch and Chives

1pk(8oz) cream cheese softened
1/2lbSmoke dsalmon
2tbScotch whiskey
2tsLemon juice
1/2tsHorseradish
 dsCayenne
2tbChopped fresh chives or
  Scallions

Process all except chives in food processor until well mixed. Add chives and pulse to mix. Store well covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Pumpernickel and rye bagels are suggested bases.
